Scurb Island Resort & Spa is a $100,000,000.00
resort community being developed on Scrub Island in the British
Virgin Islands. The very first resort to be constructed in this
part of the Caribbean in over 15 years, Scrub Island boasts
a 60 slip marina, 59 lodging units made up of Marina Suites,
Ocean Villas and Long View Residences,restaurants,beaches and
an observatory. The project is financed through First Bank in
